Honour Hook

Pep/Creator

Honour  is a stage performer and former art teacher who is dedicated to helping children grow and learn through art, music, dance, and play.  She is a true child at heart and believes that children should have access to fun, wholesome activities that help them develop essential skills and understand the world around them. Whether she's singing, dancing, or creating art, Honour’s  goal is to be authentic and encourage others to do the same.

Honour’s  journey has not been without its challenges. At age 29, she was diagnosed with cervical cancer, which left her unable to have children. However, this setback only strengthened her resolve to make a difference in the lives of others.   To writing and performing in several one woman stage plays and stage performances including a 7 year stand up comedy career, Honour’s diverse perspective and fun loving spirit paved the way for her to become a children’s entertainer. She feels this is truly where she belongs!

As a woman of color and cancer survivor, Honour understands the importance of resilience, empathy, and love and how needed it is in the world today. She wants kids to feel included and loved and learn healthy ways to manage their emotions and understand the power of kindness and compassion. Without children of her own she knew she could still have an incredible impact which was the catalyst to create Pep and Pals.
